The Research of Special Equipment Safety Social Supervision

With the development of China's economic, the number and the type of the special equipment have been growing rapidly, and become an important element in people's life and economic development. Special equipment safety has become one of the major concerns of people. Based on the investigation, the problems existing in the special equipment safety supervision have been analyzed at the present stage of China. Some suggestions are given from four perspectives: the report, publicity, responsibility and social force. Under the condition that the mechanism of special equipment safety supervision is imperfect, the special equipment practitioners are understaffed and the social supervision is weak in China, it could be benefits to promote the social supervision as a complement measure of the special equipment safety supervision.
