Study on the radio proximity fuze's accelerated life estimate method

摘要
By the study of environment factors affected the radio proximity fuze's accelerated life, this paper presents a set of step stress accelerated life test methods to predict the storage life, and describes stress model, stress level, part of the fuze destroyed easly and failure proofs of the step stress accelerated test life prevision methods concretely. In the end, the validity of the test results was analyzed, and this method has important value for the prevision of the radio proximity fuse storage life.
