摘要
About twenty years ago the first digital signal processor (DSP) chips were introduced to the market. Although DSPs were initially developed for military and speech recognition applications, they quickly became a corner stone of many digital control hardware in power electronic systems, especially in high-dynamic electrical drives. This paper presents a review of DSP development, related hardware structures and how they affected drive control design.
