This study explored the relationship between disability status, career beliefs, and career indecision. Using Krumboltz's (Mitchell & Krumboltz, 1990) theory as a framework, the following research hypotheses were tested: (a) Career beliefs are related to career indecision, and (b) disability status influences the relationship between career beliefs and career indecision. Data analyses yielded significant correlations between self-doubting career beliefs and career indecision. To assess the influence of disability multiple regressions were performed. Results revealed disability to be a significant predictor of career indecision. Thus, the findings supported the presence of a relationship between career beliefs and career indecision and underscored the relevance of disability.
