摘要
The aerospace industry needs power converters with greater efficiency and higher power density. Though SiC based converters can satisfy these requirements, their switching transients may introduce new problems throughout the electrical power system. This paper quantifies the common-mode EMI conducted through an actively controlled aerospace generator operating beyond rated power, using both an Si and SiC converter, and then illustrates the design of the filter, stepping through each stage step-by-step.
