Testability design of loader transporter

the loader transporter is a necessary equipment of the rocket launcher. The malfunction ratio of loader transporter will directly affect the combat effectiveness of rocket launcher, so the research of built-in testing equipment of loader transporter is a task of top priority. This paper probes into general design plan of testing equipment of the loader transporter, analyzes, designs and appraises inherent testability of the system, selects and optimizes test points (TP), works out the computer program of malfunction diagnose, studies the operating principles of BIT equipment and model establishment, therefore, laying the foundation for improving the testability of loader transporter.
