摘要
In recent years, the IoT has been attracting attention, and there are growing expectations in the industrial world for the use of data obtained from the many sensors installed in systems. These data are stored in a database in real time through communication between sensors and the cloud. On the other hand, in the process industry, digital controllers are widely used as general-purpose controllers. However, due to the limitation of data memory, it is difficult for a general-purpose controller to have a built-in database. Therefore, in this study, we develop a new implementation of data-driven control that utilizes IoT technology. As a result, the controller and computer are connected by IoT technology, the database and data-driven control calculations are performed on the computer side, and the calculated PID gain can be sent to the controller.
