Social Equity and Justice: Based on the Interaction between Higher Education Equity and Social Stratification

Nowadays, social equity and justice has become a great hot spot of common concern in contemporary china. As most important factors affecting social equity, higher education and social stratification have been paid more attention in the community. This paper tries to illustrate China's social stratification status. Then the discussion of the interaction between higher education equity and social stratification is emphasized. Naturally, a conclusion is made: it is entirely possible to achieve social equity by setting up an equal higher education system. In the end, some institutional suggestions are given to ensure higher education equity.
