摘要
Many models have been developed for design of supply-center and Its logistics system. While these techniques provide invaluable Information for integrated logistics system design, this research is concerned with warehouse design for marine products storing considering inventory-transportation in the view of deteriorating inventory structure. In this paper, the logistics system includes plants, warehouse and customers. In this research we consider the transportation chain and also vehicle routing which optimizes the performance of logistics system Subject to required service levels. A deteriorating inventory system for marine product logistics System Is considered, where the inventory goods stored in warehouse are transported to Customers through several levels of warehouses according optimal transport chain and optimal routes of distribution schedule where we considered the deteriorating cost. We formulated this problem using 0-1 programming, stochastic set-covering problem and GA-TSP for every two echelons of a multi-echelon supply-chain system for the purpose of optimal logistics system design. Also we developed a GUI-type program and demonstrated the results of a set of sample problems. The effectiveness of the proposed model is evaluated with numerical examples.
