摘要
Hydrophilic and hydrophobic SiCOH nanocoatings were prepared by Low-temperature plasma deposition on the surface of silicon wafer. The flow ratios of TMS and O-2 could be controlled to obtain different hydrophilic plasma SiCOH nanocoating with thickness of 30 similar to 40 nm. The results showed that, with increase of flow rate of O-2 (TMS=1 sccm), the hydrophilicity of surface with SiCOH nanocoating could be improved. The results of plasma proteins adsorption and platelets adhesion, activated partial thromboplastin time (aPTT) showed that the blood-compatibility could be enhanced with the increase of hydrophilicity of plasma SiCOH nanocoating.
