摘要：
A finite element method using edge element is applied to the analysis of eddy current testing (ECT) probe. In this paper, the computation results of the impedance of ECT probe in the benchmark problems are shown. The computation results are compared with the experimental results for the Problem 2 of the benchmark problems.
