School psychologists sometimes wonder if, and when, to use self-help intervention programs in the treatment of school-aged children. The authors collected survey information from 178 school psychologists about how self-help treatments are used and what outcomes are observed when using self-help interventions with school-aged children. A majority of school psychologists reported having used self-help interventions to help a child.
