摘要
The qualitative research works with subjective data that arise from the realities and relations. This work systematized the analysis of results obtained through the application of the technique of the collective subject discourse. The research studied the effects of pedagogical training of mentors of a multi-professional residence and aspects of the practice of continuing education through the mentorship. The steps of analysis proposed by the technique have been developed, coming to the keys central ideas, expressions and fasteners. Collective discourse has submitted the forts and the weaknesses of the practice. The material analyzed by researcher was submitted to judges and obtained a high degree of agreement. It was concluded that the procedure allowed the seizure of meanings from individual and group assignments. The analysis of the judges increased the reliability of the results.
