摘要
The paper has made a concrete analysis of lose efficiency for gear wheel, gain the fault mode (namely: minimum cut sets) to cause gear wheel lose efficiency. To the invalid complexity of gear wheel of mechanical gearbox of the forklift truck, putting forward the fault tree analysis model based on BP artificial neural network, according to computer database and programming design, realize the accurate prediction gear wheel operation state in time, thus prevent the fault from emergency. In addition, the model set up has certain common ability and it also have very great reference meanings to other fault analysis.
