摘要
We present a precise description of a twin domain wall and its surface mesoscopic structures. The bulk structure of the wall is described numerically and analytically using the Landau-Ginzburg model extended do the fourth order spatial derivative of the order parameter. The surface topography of the domain wall is seen as a rounded ridge. In contrast, the elastic response of the surface is found to have an exotic form, exhibiting ridge-trough-ridge structure which should be visible in AFMTM images. The characteristic width of the domain wall is found to be the same at the surface and in the bulk.
