Design of aerosol cleaning device with magnetically stabilized fluidized bed and experimental demonstration

摘要
A device for aerosol cleaning with Magnetically Stabilized Fluidized Bed (MSB) is designed, and components of MSB are also especially illustrated. The factors, including intensity of magnetic field, height of fixed bed, superficial velocity of gas, which influence the collection efficiency of aerosol in gas are demonstrated by experiments, then conclusions are achieved. First, the most important condition that results in high efficiency is that the bed must be in magnetically stabilized fluidization. Second, the device can remain high efficiency by particles' regeneration.
