摘要
Quality is nowadays a critical factor in Higher Education institutions, where evaluation processes and quality standards are reaffirmed as a guarantee of success and effectiveness of their online teaching. The proposed systematic review attempts to answer four questions that address the studied dimensions of quality, the processes followed for its evaluation, the contributions made, and the future lines of research. To this end, 715 publications were initially analyzed, which, after applying six inclusion criteria, resulted in a total of 25 contributions made in the last seven years to offer an in-depth view of quality assessment in e-Learning. The results reflect the breadth of the field in terms of its dimensions and the continuous generation of evaluative models. This field has not yet managed to unify the criteria and dimensions to generate a standard model to establish quality as a stable and validated factor in Higher Education institutions.
