摘要
Resources are the basic sources of organizational success for hotel companies. However, not all resources are equal in their ability to help a hotel achieve sustainable performance. The purpose of this paper is to present those most important resources and to explore how they lead the firm to obtain a sustainable competitive advantage. Firstly, the study evaluated resources and pointed out four standards that determine the competitive value of resources. Finally, the interconnection between resources is demonstrated.
