摘要：
Industrial design is thought as an important means to improve product and service, so how to train the students with industrial design competences is also paid more attention. In this paper, the situation of industrial design higher education in Netherlands and China are introduced and compared, and especially the characteristics and advantage of industrial design in Netherlands are presented, some of which are suitable to the reform of Chinese industrial design higher education. The aim of this paper analyses is to promote cultivating the persons with industrial design competences, and then improve the development of industrial design in China.
