摘要
Urban renewal is the only way for the existence, development and maturity of a city, and there are few reports on the research on the operating mechanism of urban renewal, Based on the in-depth investigation of domestic and foreign literature, combined with ecological theory, this paper conducts in-depth research on the operation mechanism and evolution of urban renewal, The research results show that the internal factors that affect the occurrence of urban renewal are from the transformation of urban renewal goals, the reform of the land system and the transformation of government functions, Finally, this article puts forward the strategies and methods of urban renewal in the new era based on the current development of the city. and points out that the operation of urban renewal should develop in harmony with the ecological environment protection.
