摘要
The advantages and disadvantages of the current process of diesel oil deacidification have been analyzed. Referencing the reality of refinery production, the new process for straight-run diesel oil deacidification was developed by using an FS-treating agent and a homemade collector. The functions of the FS-treating agent and the collector are discussed. The acidity and the mercaptan sulfur of straight-run diesel were determined. Operating conditions were tested, and the advantages of the new process were analyzed. Tests showed that the acidity of straight-run diesel reached 10 mg KOH/100 mL. The ratio of demercaptan sulfur reached 78%. Compared with other processes, this new process does not require a high-voltage current, is not corrosive, does not discharge wastewater, and is environmentally protective. The process is suitable for medium and small-size refining factories.
