摘要：
A new scheduling system has been developed to achieve high efficiency in the hot-rolling process. It mainly consists of two parts of an algorithm, the clustering part and the sequencing part. The whole algorithm determines the order of hot-rolling in a few minutes. The prototype system has shown good performance.
