摘要
In this paper we introduce some notes about the concepts of urban regeneration and integrated conservation. Specific attention is given to the key point of the integrated valorisation of cultural and environmental resources, which is the possibility to generate positive implications for a very wide range of fields. In order to implement an integrated approach for heritage conservation and development, we develop mathematical multicriteria and multidimensional models to treat the complexity of the state of society and of territory in which the choices are implemented. In particular we propose a decisional model to study this decision making problem by defining a hierarchical structure with different levels of objectives, as T. L. Saaty formulated in his Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Moreover we propose a fuzzy extension of the Saaty procedure, in order to control the uncertainty due to the complexity and to the utilization of linguistic variables.
