Phase locking of laser frequency for metrological systems

摘要
Phase frequency locking of the single-mode lasers for metrological systems demands the higher accuracy. Significant decreasing of the phase error with the decreasing of the frequency of the according initial disturbance is required. With using of the two modulators for the frequency control (fast weak and slow strong ones) the. special method for the design of the regulator is necessary. This method and the results are discussed.
