Study on the fault diagnosis method of engine based on angle domain vibration signal decomposing

摘要
In this paper, a new method is promoted according to the shortcoming of traditional vibration signal analysis. Diagnosis procedure of the new method works as following. Equal angle sample is adopted by using exterior trigger signal, and the sampled signal has strict corresponding relation with the engine working schedule. Multi-cycle average method is used to denoise the signal, and signals character is extracted by using a angle domain window function. Experiment and example proved the effectiveness of this new method, especially for the fault mode of ignite explode, exhaust, exhaust valve drop, enter valve drop of engine different fault diagnosis.
