摘要
This article puts forward a research model of the impacts of information technology on organizational learning,. The model is tested by empirical study through the questionnaire approach. Some conclusions are obtained as follows: The dependence of organization members on information technology has a positive impact on the organization learning. The intelligence of information technology also has a positive impact on organization learning, but the excessive, complex intelligent information technology can hinder the organization learning. The cooperation of information technology can obviously improve the organization learning.
