摘要
It is an important task for electrical industrial engineering management to make a correct power transformer condition maintenance tactics. Condition assessment is the basis of the condition maintenance, and becomes more and more important at the present time. A new method of transformer condition assessment based on Matter-element theory was presented in this paper. IAHP(Interval analytic hierarchy process) was applied to calculate the weight of the transformer condition information, and Matter-element theory was employed to create the framework of the transformer condition assessment. At last two examples were taken to prove the assessment method to be correct and effective.
