摘要
The purpose of the article is to determine the perspectives of using the intellectual technologies of decision support in the modern business structures as creative tools for raising their competitiveness. This purpose is achieved with the help of the deductive and inductive methods, synthesis, abstracting, analysis of causal connections, etc. The article offers the creative tools for increasing the competitiveness of business on the basis of intellectual technologies of decision support in the sphere of increasing the quality of business structure's products: automation of the process of innovational & investment decisions and usage of intellectual technologies of decision support in the process of managing the relations with intermediaries. Automation of the decision-making process in the pricing sphere and optimization of the network business with the help of intellectual technologies of decision support are offered. In the sphere of marketing, the formation of the brand of business structures that use the leading technologies is offered; these include the intellectual technologies of decision support and the provision of the possibility of decision making on purchases with the help of the intellectual technologies of decision support. As a result of the research, the authors came to the conclusion that the recent intellectual technologies of support for decision making open new possibilities for development of modern business, as they could be used as creative tools for increasing its competitiveness. Using the intellectual technologies of decision support allows forming the sustainable competitive advantages, strengthening the market positions, and increasing the market share of the business. This is achieved by means of the uniqueness of these technologies and their novelty. The business receives such advantages of using the intellectual technologies of decision support as the expansion of sales markets and receipt of state support for the high innovational activity.
