摘要：
This paper empirically validates the close link between information seeking and vacation planning. It first explicates the role Of Successive information searches over multiple episodes to decide the vacation destination. Then, it proceeds to explain the factors affecting the process and outcome of information seeking for vacation planning. The paper discusses and concludes with the results that have tremendous design implications for travel-related electronic commerce Web sites.
