A study on blast intelligent judging method of test sample based on data fusion

摘要
Impact sensitivity instruments were developed for test impact sensitivity of blasting agent, but it was lack of effective approach to estimate explosion occurrence. A method in common use is to judge subjectively by a certain experimental phenomena (voice in common use). Certainty is low, and tester affects test result. So it is necessary to develop judging method of test sample. Aiming at characteristic of impact sensitivity measurement, multiparameter was measured. By technique of multisensor data fusion, intelligent judging method of test sample was given. Blast intelligent judging system was built, and correspond evaluating software was developed. Judgments of experimental phenomena of impact sensitivity were realized automatically. Technique support was brought out for judging experimental result of test sample.
