Study on CAD Design Method Based on the Intelligent Fusion Technology

In accordance with deficiencies of traditional complex CAD design, on the basis of die design, according to the intelligence complementary strategy, a CAD design method based the intelligent fusion technology was proposed in this paper. Firstly, knowledge representation, knowledge gain and knowledge reuse are introduced in detail. Secondly, the continuous feature attributes were discretized by using the hierarchical clustering with k-means clustering method. Reducing the feature attributes and calculating the feature attributes weighting based on rough sets are expatiated. Thirdly, the similarity degree is calculated by using the similarity method in order to obtain the closest design case for the design case reference. Finally, the method is discussed by examples that it should improve the design quality and efficiency, shorten the period of development and reduce the cost.
