摘要
The importance of this study that the barracks is not just a random architectures and methods of modest but varying combinations of social and minds should be cultivated as part of the overall development of society. Most of the studies also found that the specter of unregulated construction contributed to the emergence of a range of dangerous phenomena such as drop-out, and the lack of means of health safety and disease outbreaks moral and social development, thereby hindering the development of societies and therefore need to be addressed and the elimination of the reasons that led to their appearance. The aim of this study is to measure the social and economic costs incurred by the individual and society as a result of the proliferation and expansion of barracks random depending on the dimensions of human development and standards of the Millennium Development Goals OMD.
