摘要
This paper describes the suggested methods in the signal processing to determine the velocity of the pulse in, compression waves and shear waves in rock In the evaluation of a petroleum reserve, it is necessary to determine accurately petrophysical properties such as the sound velocity. The accurate determination of the response has difficulties according to the noise. That is why to filter the response signal and to correct the measurement with short-time Fourier-transform (STFT) and the STFT spectrogram with wavelet transformation for response signal determination are needed. These complete the conventional methods like tangent or the simple cross correlation. The National Instruments LabView software assists in the signal processing.
