摘要
Knowledge-intensive organizations operating in today's modem business environments face several kinds of challenges brought by their ways of operating and the characteristics in their business environments. The objective of this paper is to discuss the key elements that should be considered when identifying core businesses process within knowledge-intensive organizations. After talking about how to distinguish the core process from the multitudinous business processes, this paper gives a method based on business process to acquire knowledge. This paper explores the key factors that have been cited as significant influences on the ability to transfer and share knowledge. This will be accomplished by first identifying the factors that may cause problems for core process. And then offers a process model of knowledge transfer and sharing.
