摘要
The assessment of bone regeneration was observed by the bone dis,traction processes using radiography, CT and MR. The experimental animals has been made through the use of pathological methods of bone. But the bone regeneration may not reflect on the remodeling in the bone. In these cases, for example, was expected by means of jaw cyst. These studies were observed the bone remodeling in the jaw bone using (FTIR spectrophotometer), with extracted a part of the alveolar bone. It was shown that the bone regenerational processes were correlated to an increase in the v(2)CO(3)(2-) ion content that replaced the HPO42- ions (1240 cm(1)) for bone remodeling components, its the bone was shown B-carbonate like Apatite.
