π-local Operations in Composite Quantum Systems with Applications to Multipartite Entanglement

摘要：
A coordinate-wise description of the multi-local operations performed on multi-partite quantum systems is presented. A particular application of the result presented to the maximally-entangled cluster decomposition of a general multi-partite quantum states is given together with their ZG QCS environment implementations as well.
