摘要
This study investigates the perceptions of MBA students toward the most desirable attributes of their professors. A total of 155 samples were collected via questionnaire. Statistical methods included descriptive analysis and one-way analysis of variance. The results found that the five attributes that MBA students consider to be most important in a good professor were provision of examples, concluding the important points of subjects for students, clearly explaining the concepts, preparing themselves for teaching, and having good procedures. Results showed that significant differences exist across gender regarding the perception of the importance of attributes of MBA professors; however, the significant differences were not found across grade point averages (GPAs) regarding the perception of the importance of attributes of professors.
