摘要
In general, ion-beam alignment based liquid crystal displays (LCDs) has a relatively lower anchoring energy than rubbed polyimide alignment based LCDs. First we investigated the effects of relatively lower anchoring energies on in-plane-switching (IPS) mode by means of computer simulation. Then we fabricated several test cells and their electro-optics properties were studied.
