Simultaneous occurrence of central diabetes insipidus and pregnancy is a rare events. We report on two pregnancies of a woman with central diabetes insipidus. The course of her pregnancies and deliveries were perfectly normal. This paper describes the specific features and the potential complications, etiology, diagnosis and management of this particular condition. Other authors described problems of increasing disease in pregnancy, complicated labour and lactation. The course of the special case compared with the common opinion in literature leads to a suggestion for a follow-up of the disease in pregnancy. Literature was evaluated for the period of the last twenty years.
