摘要：
The large volume of experimental data on apoptosis requires computer processing to systematize and provide an integrated "description of operation" of the gene network that regulates apoptosis in various cell types under varying effects. The database GeneNet contains the description of the apoptosis gene network: (http://wwwmgs.bionet.nsc.ru/systems/mgl/genenet), and the Transcription Regulatory Regions Database (TRRD) contains experimental data on transcription regulation of various genes, including apoptosis genes: (http://wwwmgs.bionet.nsc.ru/mgs/gnw/trrd/).
