摘要：
The author presents an original curriculum for teaching math in primary school, describing the content of the curriculum and methods of working with first-year students. The author, who is a teacher of math at a Moscow school, aims at demonstrating that developmental potential for mastering mathematical notions is determined by instruction. The curriculum suggested has been proved to be effective.
