摘要
The surface microrelief of carbon steel after ultrasonic finishing treatment was studied using a Micro Measure 3D Station three-dimensional contactless profilometer. The effect of the parameters of the initial surface on the microrelief of the obtained surface was considered. Some features of the formation of a microrelief under the regimes of hardening and finishing hardening treatment were described. To remove rehardening traces on the surface layer, introduction of a geoactivating material into the zone of treatment was proposed.
