摘要
ISO/DIS 91 method, Polymerase Chain Reaction and restriction enzyme analysis were used in order to detect and identify Salmonella spp. in Lake Victorian Nile perch "Lates niloticus". All Salmonella strains isolated were serotyped by restriction enzyme analysis as Salmonella typhimurium.
