摘要
A review, with 26 refs., of effective methods for reducing and controlling contamination of food and feed with mycotoxins. The main strategies for reducing the occurrence of mycotoxins in food, such as preventive action and decontamination of mycotoxin-contamined food by phys., chem. and biolog. methods, were discussed.
