摘要
The choice of optimum aging regimes for semiproducts of thermally strengthened aluminum alloys is based on an analysis of aging curves that characterize the variation of the properties of the alloy in real time at a given temperature. The shape of the curve is determined by the kinetics of the decomposition of the solid solution at the given aging temperature. The decomposition of the solid solution can be investigated by determining the electrical conductivity, which depends on the concentration of the alloying components in the solid solution and the kind of products of its decomposition. This makes it possible to use the value of the electrical conductivity for controlling the mechanical properties of semiproducts when they are correlated. The present work is devoted to this problem.
