With the development of energy and digital revolution, the concept of integrated energy system (IES) attracts many attentions due to its green, high efficient and low carbon characteristics. Since the IFS includes different energy subsystems (electricity, gas and heat system), it is difficult to reach a hierarchical measurement method in different level to comprehensively reflect its energy efficiency. To deal with this issues, this paper firstly presents an IFS energy efficiency evaluation framework which illustrates the hierarchical method. Then, the energy efficiency model of equipment level/sub-system level/system level are proposed and the internal details are well studied. Finally, a case study based on an industrial park IES which located in Eastern China are well studied to evaluate the model performance.
