摘要
In this study, the activated carbon was prepared from peanut shell by activation of ZnCl2 without prospect of N-2. By orthogonal experiments, the optimal conditions have been investigated: aging time is 18 h, aging temperature is 120 degrees C, material ratio is 2:1, activation time is 100 min activation temperature is 400 degrees C. Activated carbons were characterized by SEM and tested by nitrogen adsorption at 77 K. The results showed that the specific surface area, the accumulated pore volume and the averaged pore size were 728 m(2).g(-1), 0.3478 cm(3).g(-1), 1.98 nm respectively, which contained mesopore and micropore.
