摘要
Near Helipad Auto Guidance System (NEHAGS) has been presented that is used to guide the helicopter pilot through written and audio instructions for safe landing. Firstly we use algorithms provided by the R&D to detect the landing marker, these algorithms are based on Digital Image processing. A camera will provide the input image frames. After processing images from the camera if the marker is detected then systems will generate instructions to align the helicopter with the marker. These instructions will lead helicopter to safe landing. Ellipse technique is used to avoid fake marker so that if the similar pattern or horizontal lines appear the system will ignore them and only response to the real marker. The proposed system provides an aiding environment to pilot to ensure safe landing and take-off of helicopter. Our model also gives accurate results in terms of accuracy.
