摘要
The growth of crystalline Sb2Se3 whiskers has been conducted via a hydrothermal process. It was found that the organic additives added to the hydrothermal system had important influence on the growth behavior of Sb2Se3 whiskers. The structure features of Sb2Se3 whiskers were characterized by scanning electron microanalyzer and X-ray diffraction (XRD) techniques. The growth mechanism was discussed and the relationship between crystal morphologies and the crystal structure of Sb2Se3 were discussed. (C) 2003 Published by Elsevier B.V.
