摘要
Objective: To explore the effect of manipulation on stress and displacement of intervertebral disc and vertebral body, and the mechanism of manipulation and its rationality and safety. Method The method is decomposed, and the mechanical parameters are taken into the three-dimensional finite element model and calculated by software. Result The stress and displacement of the intervertebral disc are increasing. Stress mainly concentrates on the outer side of the annulus fibrosus, while the nucleus pulposus is less stressed. The displacement direction is approximately the same as that of the stress direction.
